Under the direction of a top Executive Chef, Brasserie 1786 offers the very best in dining in a relaxed and well-appointed restaurant.

Menus are assembled using the very best fresh and where possible, locally sourced produce, employing his skills to produce a fine culinary experience you will enjoy whatever your tastes.

Seasonally themed, with a choice of meat, fish, poultry and vegetarian dishes, all the Menus available in Brasserie 1786 are designed to appeal to all preferences.

Our Brasserie restaurant is currently open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 6pm – 9pm.

On the other days please join us for your meal in our Oak Lounge, which offers dining 7 days a week from 12pm – 3pm and 6pm – 9pm on Monday – Thursday and 12pm – 9pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
